We at Eyewear District offers free shipping on all the domestic orders. Our aim is to make sure that you get your order as soon as possible. So, while purchasing with us, you will also be sure of all the standards of shipping along with the quick delivery.

Usually, the delivery of any order will take 10 business days. However, the parcel can still take more time to retrieve from the store.

Now, this year of 2020 has been a little tough regarding deliveries because of the COVID-19. Still, we have a team brilliant enough to do their best to reach out to you on time under any circumstances.

Some important points to note down about shipping

  • FSA cards are not working right now, so no payments through it.
  • While you providing the information, please cross and make sure you are adding an accurate shipping address.
  • We have a fraud detection system to make our services as efficient as possible.
  • In case you receive a damaging parcel, contact us immediately. Our quality check department will further ensure the product and if it is eligible for return/exchange or not.
  • Any parcel delivery outside the US will be subjected to the taxes and custom payment. You can refer to the queries regarding this to the UPS or an import broker.
  • Place your order and you can track it through the given tracking order. Also, a status update can take time to progress the shipping carrier.
  • The complimentary next day shipping is only available for the Cartier items and for the order made before Monday to Friday at 2pm EST. The reason behind it is that items can be unavailable and it can tale 1-2 business days to process.

We have a strict policy about the lost or stolen mail for international orders

  • If a shipment is outside the US, you will be charged for tax, duty or customs fees. Only customers are liable for paying this fee to the associated custom agency.
  • We have no responsibility for any rules and regulations imposed by the customs agency of your country. They apply to the customers and not applicable to Eyewear District.
  • You may also need to provide specific documentation depending on the requirement of your country laws and delays are possible without the vital information.
