In order to secure prices this great we are only able to procure a limited amount of frames each day, so yes, frames can sell out quickly.

Shipping & Returns

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed and shipped within one business day, this excludes Saturday and Sunday, And Holydays.

How can I track my order?

Once the order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your Ebutlershoop Account if you created one at checkout.

Do you have a return policy?

We sure do! We offer a 60 day return policy for all NEW AND UNUSED frames in the original packaging. To begin your return process, please fill out the Return Request form. Ebutler will not cover the cost of return shipping, with the exception of frames that arrived damaged and broken.

I want to return an item - what should I do?

In order to secure prices this great we are only able to procure a limited amount of frames each day, so yes, frames can sell out quickly.

  1. Contact our customer service team. We will provide you with a specific returns address.
  2. Return only unused products, with all the original packaging and with all the authenticity tags and manufacturer seals still attached.
  3. Please ensure that product return to us via signed for delivery and a certificate of posting is obtained
  4. We do not accept liability for any product(s) that are damaged in transit during the return process so please ensure that the packaging and delivery method are secure. The shipping charges of your original order are non-refundable.

How much do you charge for shipping?
